BEGINNERS SERIES

Our Beginners Series is a great way to get started with yoga! It is offered both in person and online. Please be sure to select the version that suits you best. During this four week series, you will:

  • Learn many common yoga poses and how to customize them to suit your unique body

  • Improve strength, flexibility, and balance

  • Experience how yoga benefits the body as well as the mind with yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation practices

  • Get to ask any questions you may have about yoga, class types, etc.

Please note that we teach yoga that is designed for people with all kinds of bodies. Come as you are. We promise the instruction will be inclusive and accessible.

Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for four weeks. By the end of the series you'll have learned enough to feel comfortable transitioning to regular classes.

Registration is limited to 12 participants; please register early to secure your spot. Brand new beginners and people who’ve practiced yoga before, but are in need of a refresher, are welcome!
