Our weekly Yoga for MS classes are back, live in the studio!

Classes are Mondays at 10:30 am beginning August 7, 2023.

If you’re unable to attend the Monday class, but have issues with mobility, you might consider our Chair Yoga class on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Central time.

If you do not have issues with mobility, you might consider any of the classes on our Class Schedule.

Please know that the yoga practice should feel comfortable for your body. The teachers offer options so that you can select movements that work best for you. It’s also fine to skip postures to rest and focus on your breathing.
