Welcome to Round Rock Yoga!

We teach yoga for people with all kinds of bodies. Consistent yoga practice can help you achieve lots of benefits for your body and mind. But in order to practice consistently, you need to find yoga that suits you.

We offer Gentle, Moderate, and Strong classes so that you can choose your level of intensity. We also offer Relaxation, Yoga for Bigger Bodies, and Yoga for MS. All classes offer an element of mindfulness to help calm your nervous system. Most classes are offered both in studio and online.

What makes our classes unique is that we specialize in offering lots of options and variations so that everyone can comfortably participate and benefit.
